U.S. markets closed flat overnight after the Federal Reserve’s monthly policy meeting statement, which made it clear that there are going to be two more rate hikes this year from the central bank. Experts are estimating one to be in June and one in September.

Asian markets are trading mostly negative after the Fed’s policy statement and a lackluster session in U.S. markets. SGX Nifty has turned slightly higher after U.S. and European index futures started climbing after a subdued start.

Expect global markets to trade with high volatility and remain within last week’s range, especially as long as U.S. markets also remain range bound.

Watch the range levels of your local index and follow the intra day trend within those levels.

Good luck, enjoy the session!
