After yesterday’s moderately negative closing and highly volatile trading pattern, US Stock futures are still trading slightly negative in the session. This indicates that the current range bound and the technical trend will continue in US stock markets.
European stock markets are also trading with thin margins and in a mixed pattern. In such market conditions, over trading is a big risk for small traders. So, day traders should watch both support and resistance levels carefully, and trade with the short-term trend only once or twice through the session.
Use pivot levels given on our Pivot Trading page to know the intraday trading range for Major indexes. The levels are:
- Pivot Levels for Dow Jones
- Pivot Levels for Nasdaq 100
- Pivot Levels for Russell 2000
- Pivot Levels for S& P 500
Expect US stock markets to open with slightly negative numbers but trade within the last week’s range. Markets may remain highly choppy as we have seen in the last few sessions.
