World stock markets have started this week with positive numbers but the final session is progressing towards a negative close.
U.S. stock markets closed their overnight session with highly negative numbers. European stock markets also suffered big losses in their previous session. As a result, major Asian stock markets are mostly trading lower. SGX Nifty is also negative, indicating a subdued opening in Indian stock markets today.
At the time of writing, U.S. and European stock futures are trading highly negative and this trend could keep global stocks under pressure.
Day traders should watch the resistance levels of their markets and if markets start reversing trend from those levels, they can trade with the short term downtrend.
The overall trend in still range bound within the weekly range, so support levels could also see sudden jumps so day traders should remain alert about such volatility in markets.
