We had discussed various geopolitical worries in our previous post that could have a negative effect on U.S. stock markets and thus, on global stocks.
True to that, U.S. stock futures have fallen with big margins in Asia session. Major Asia stock markets are also trading down. SGX Nifty is trading flat but actually, this futures index of India’s Nifty has lost nearly -50 points of its overnight gains from Friday’s closing session. Indian stock markets are showing mixed pre-opening numbers.
Expect a weak trend in world stock markets. As usual. U.S. stock futures will dominate the global trend and the volatility levels will continue to remain high.
Day traders should wait and watch for trading opportunities near resistance levels because selling at high will be a better intraday trading strategy.
