World stock markets have opened with positive numbers all around in the Asia session.

Us stock markets had closed positive in their overnight session after the Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell indicated in his Congressional testimony that the central bank is ready for a rate cut if need be.

At the time of writing, all major Asian stock markets are trading positive. SGX Nifty is also positive after many sessions, ending at a gap up opening in Indian stock markets today.

US and European stock futures are trading high with considerable margins, indicating a positive but range-bound trend in these bigger markets.

There are many negative geopolitical undercurrents that are not allowing world stock markets to rally with a strong force. At the same time, improving economic condition are supporting markets at their current levels. This has created a range-bound situation in world stock markets.

So day traders should likewise follow this trend and trade within important support and resistance levels of their local stock market
